Brand Atlantic Real Estate Partners wanted a retractable canopy solution for the ground floor signature restaurant space of their elegant new office tower development in the heart of West Palm Beach, Florida. To complement the building’s clean lines and airy aesthetic, the developers turned to Uni-Systems for an En-Fold® retractable canopy system to cover the restaurant seating area in a pedestrian laneway between 300 Banyan and 301 Clematis buildings.

Uni-Systems provided a “Pre-Designed” En-Fold® retractable canopy unit configuration of 30 feet wide by 25 feet of extension length, affording 750 square feet of coverage. Uni-Systems' Pre-Designed En-Fold configurations provide the same quality of all our Designed-to-Order En-Fold retractable canopy systems, and are offered with value pricing in modular standard sizes ranging from 20’-40’ in extension length (in 5’ increments) by 20’-80’ wide (in 10’ increments).

Because the En-Fold® drive beams are supported by the two building structures bracketing the pedestrian laneway without any auxiliary vertical support columns, the resulting En-Fold retractable canopy at 300 Banyan appears to float overhead providing a light and breezy sun and rain shelter for restaurant diners beneath.
